PRL 50th Anniversary symposium at Stony Brook (June 27, 2008)Symposium to be held at the Wang Center, Stony Brook University, Long Island, New York, USA. These events are by invitation only. Badges will be prepared for invited guests. Directions to the Wang Center: Take the LIE to exit 62, and follow Nicolls Road (Route 97) north for 9 miles. The main entrance to Stony Brook University is on the left and the signs before you come to it will indicate that it is also the turn for the Wang Center. Turn left into the campus. You'll see the Wang Center almost immediately on making the turn into the main entrance. Just past the first traffic light, it's a large silver gray building on the right with red entryway fencing, crowned with a big silver tower. Additional information here: http://www.stonybrook.edu/sb/wang/directions.shtml Parking: Go through that light and up to the Wang Center, drop off any passengers if you like, then turn left. Directly opposite the Wang Center is a paid parking lot. At some point in the evening, around 8:00, parking will become free so you *may* not have to pay if you are staying for dinner. If you prefer, or if the paid parking lot is full, you can use the nearby "overflow" parking lot. Circle around back to the traffic light and make a left. You'll pass John Toll Road on your left. Keep going and the first right turn you come to is the overflow lot, in easy walking distance to the Wang Center. Participants and Program, Symposium, Charles B. Wang Center TheatreParticipants:
