Lett. 47, 1647–1650 (1981)Approximate Effective Action for Quantum GravityReceived 5 October 1981; published in the issue dated 7 December 1981 A new gauge-invariant effective action is proposed for quantum gravity, based on older results that go beyond finite-order perturbation theory.
