Phys. Rev. Lett. 49, 1474–1477 (1982)Constraints of Determinism and of Bell's Inequalities Are Not EquivalentReceived 6 May 1982; published in the issue dated 15 November 1982 Arguments are given against considering Bell's inequalities to be equivalent with determinism. Possible misinterpretations of the conflict between quantum mechanics and these inequalities are pointed out. With use of results obtained in previous papers on this subject, it is shown that locality rather than determinism is the issue. © 1982 The American Physical Society URL:
