The decay τ-→K-ηντ has been observed with the CLEO II detector. The η meson is reconstructed using two decay channels, η→γγ and π+π-π0. The measured branching fraction is B(τ-→K-ηντ) = (2.6±0.5±0.4)×10-4, somewhat higher than theoretical estimates. An improved upper limit for the second-class-current decay τ-→π-ηντ is set, B(τ-→π-ηντ)<1.4×10-4 at 95% C.L., consistent with theoretical expectations.
