Phys. Rev. Lett. 95, 261804 (2005) [4 pages]Radiative Seesaw Mechanism and Degenerate NeutrinosReceived 17 August 2005; published 22 December 2005 The radiative seesaw mechanism of Witten generates the right-handed neutrino masses in SO(10) with the spinorial 16H Higgs field. We study here analytically the 2nd and 3rd generations for the minimal Yukawa structure containing 10H and 120H Higgs representations. In the approximation of small 2nd generation masses and gauge loop domination we find the following results: (1) b-τ unification, (2) natural coexistence between large θl and small θq, and (3) degenerate neutrinos. © 2005 The American Physical Society URL:
